Refund & Return Policy

At Herby Verby, your satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the quality of our herbal and wellness products. However, due to the nature of our items, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or issue refunds only under the following conditions:

You received the wrong product.
The product was damaged during transit.
The product is expired or defective at the time of delivery.

Note: Returns are not accepted for reasons related to personal preferences (e.g., taste, smell, or packaging design) or for used/opened items unless defective.

2. Time Frame for Returns

You must raise a return/refund request within 3 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Please email us at marketing@herbyverby.com with the following details:

Your full name
Order ID
Contact number
Reason for return
Photos of the product showing the issue clearly

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the return or refund process.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer—bank details will be required.

5. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
In all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If eligible, you may return the product and place a new order separately.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
