Return Policy

At Herby Verby, we take pride in the quality of our herbal and wellness products. Due to the sensitive and consumable nature of our items, we follow a strict return policy to ensure safety and hygiene.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

You received a wrong item.
The item is damaged, leaking, or defective upon delivery.
The product is expired at the time of receipt.

We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products
Items returned without original packaging
Personal reasons like dislike of taste, aroma, or texture

2. Return Timeframe

All return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product. Requests beyond this period will not be entertained.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

Email us at marketing@herbyverby.com
Mention your Order ID, full name, and reason for return
Attach clear photographs of the product and packaging showing the issue

Our support team will review your request and inform you of the next steps.

4. Return Approval and Pickup

If approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged (if applicable).
In case your area is non-serviceable for pickup, we may request you to courier the item to our address and share the receipt for reimbursement (if applicable).
If the return is approved, the return products will be delivered within 5–7 business days.

5. Condition of Return

Returned items must:

Be unused and unopened
Be in original packaging
Include all original tags, labels, and invoices

Failure to comply may result in rejection of the return.

6. Refund for Returned Items

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer (for COD orders).
